Frequently Asked Questions
Time frame for orders:
Shipping will commence within 7-10 working days of orders being placed. This allows for the manufacture time to get your order ready. We would really appreciate your patience. Our dresses are all hand made, each with love by beautiful women, and we make sure it is done with excellence and integrity.
Returns, refunds and exchanges:
No returns or refunds. Exchanges are only issued in the case of manufacturing error, not in the case of garments not being liked due to fit, style or colour. Exchange requests need to be made within 7 days of item arrival. Exchanges must be unworn and in original state. In the case of an exchange, an exchange for the exact same garment will be made.
Imperfections:
As our items are all handmade and unique, there may be imperfections. But all our items are checked before being sent.
Garment sizes:
Our garments are sized X-Small/Small, Small/Medium, Medium/Large and Large/X-Large. We have also put measurements on our item pages and down below the FAQ’s. Please ensure that you order the correct size as no exchanges are permitted for wrong size orders. We ship to 49 countries around the world. Please see full shipping list below, if your country is not on listed below, please contact us to discuss shipping as rates may differ.
